Our Story So Far...
Established in the Summer of 2020, Copperwood Events sprung into life when founders Jonny & Charlie decided to bring the bar experience to you!
Both with their roots deeply embedded in the hospitality industry, they both knew what it would take to emulate that experience in the comfort of your own home and immediately set to work.
Designing a bespoke cocktail package complete with instruction, tips, and tools, they were able to capture the imagination with orders and sales flowing in from as far as the USA within the first few months!

The next step wasn’t far away with both sharing the dream of producing their very own gin!
With orders flying in and their creative juices flowing, No.29 Gin was born. A finely tuned London Dry Gin uniquely distilled in Copper Pipes in the Cathedral City of Exeter, soon to be followed by the emergence of Cyprium Rum, propelling the pair to new heights that saw them expand into events.
With a huge demand for both No.29 and Cyprium, cocktail package orders at an all time high, and event bookings filling their diaries, the pair continue to prove what is possible when you combine a charismatic, professional service with a dream!
In May 2023 Copperwood opened its first Coffee Shop located in their home town of Ottery St Mary. Utilising years of experience and knowledge in the hospitality sector the coffee shop is quickly becoming the place to get your coffee in town as well as offering delicious cakes and treats too!
